A few years ago, I went with Kade and his family up to Wolf Creek for the weekend. It’s this really nice, super small town. It was gorgeous up there! We stayed in some condo that was super nice, too.
While we were there, Kade’s mom made this YUMMY fruit cocktail salad and I instantly fell in love. I ate it every day while we were there.
Here’s the scoop:
Then add your whipped cream. Stir until all the fruit is coated. Then pour some pudding mix in. I usually use about half or 3/4 the packet.. Just depending on your taste preferences.
P.S. It’s good to eat right then and there, but it’s best when refrigerated.
